Geneva is beautiful. An understatement I know but sometimes the easiest word is the best. Think of all that can be described as beautiful--in your beholden eyes. Clear blue water, bright blue skies, pristine architecture--old and new, elegant figures rendered in marble or stone, flowers bright against the muted hues of buildings, churches, and sky. They are all here and so much more.
Walking around the city's gorgeous lake feeling the breeze which brings that clean fresh scent of water and a slight mist.
Jeffie and I are walking around the city lazily. Just basking in and taking in all the varied beauty.
Times passes too fast in Geneva and soon it is time to say goodbye to this gorgeous place.
(Now that I have been to Lake Geneva, I hope one day soon, the Finland Station!)
But now on our way to the end all and be all for me for this trip- ITALY--oh boy is this going to be magnificent!
